Two urgent rudder nozzles were required by our customer.

To save time we assume the design and drawings approvals with class, manufacturing and machining also included in our scope of supply.

Rudder blades and nozzles were manufactured in parallel following the Lean Manufacturing system implemented in our plant.

The main challenge was to do this in august with many suppliers closed and shorter delivery time requested by the customer.

The ship-owner and our customer were very satisfied.
